With a strong portfolio of over 85 successfully managed projects, Ashley Patterson is well known for her experience in owning all stages of the project lifecycle from inception through monitoring and closing that exceed operational performance targets. Her project management journey began as a project manager for Healthcare IT, where she also served as a program manager for the implementation of a new EHR throughout the health system. Ashley adds enthusiasm and organization to all of the projects she manages at Leap.

Ashley graduated from Texas A&M University at Commerce in May of 2021 with a Master of Business Administration. She also holds a Bachelor of Science, Associate of Science, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, and a Certification in Financial & Managerial Accounting.
Ashley is a proud Texan, living near Dallas with her husband and two children. She loves Basketball, Volleyball, spending time with her family, experiencing new cultures, and traveling.
